Report Modification not reflected on Client

All - our GP build has client report.dic files. The PO Managers required different signatures etc. on each dictionary. As sa I logged into the client and made the changes on the PO, however the PO changes are not reflected on the printed PO. I printed the PO to screen and Report Writer shows the changes.

I've ensured the user is printing the Blank PO form. Re-launched GP still no luck.

I'm at a loss. Is it possible the client report dictionary is corrupt? Maybe the user does not have adequate rights to make changes?

Hi Donnette,

Have you checked the settings of the user for alternate/modified reports? I often forget to change it when customizing new reports.

I agree with Kirk.

On a side note, a corrupt reports dictionary would probably give you an error.

It was me. I did not change the fields in both the header and body. Long day yesterday. :-)
