Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Does anyone know of a Lockbox product that would work with GP. New Bank File does not have a cust name or id

Customer just switched banks and they are not getting a customer name or id.  Therefore can't build or bring in files thru GP Lockbox. 

Anyone know of another product that could bring these receipts in.

    Sue,

    Customer Name is not a required field for Lockbox processing. Please take a look at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/858289/fields-you-must-map-when-you-set-up-a-bank-lockbox-file-in-microsoft-d for additional information.
