Hi
Try the following
1) Setup email printer and add the recipient email to it. Or you can create email group (in exchange) and add that email.
2) In Print selection select that email printer for pick list report. Or you can select the email printer when you go to pick list print menu.
3) then go to pick list print menu and click print. this should email the pick list.
