Any one give me solution how to deploy SSRS Report CRM Online

CRM online only supports fetchxml based reports , if you have sql query based report you can't deploy it. If it's a fetchxml based report

The report should be an .RDL file that gets created; this file will need to be uploaded into the CRM environment

Open the web client and navigate to Reports, normally found in the Workplace section. Once there, create a new report by clicking New at the top left

Select Existing File as the Report Type, the File Location should now be enabled:

Browse to that .RDL file that was created by the project and upload it

You have now completed your report and uploaded it to the CRM system, you can click Saveand test it out by opening the report

Hi Rasheed.

I am sure that there are many links you can find in the google, but now I am giving the summary to you.

1. Install the Report Authoring Extension

2. Create your .RDL File, but using the fetch xml..

3. You need to create the report using xml as data source.

4. You can use adv find to get your data source report.

5. You just deploy as usual

6. Go to Reports --> Then upload your file, change viewable to Organization from Individual if you want other users can see.

Hi Rasheed,

You cannot deploy the report using SSRS Editor, then just right click, deploy.

You need go to the Reports in CRM.

And then create new report..

And then you just upload your .RDL File.
