Can "SQL Data Sync for Azure" be used to pull D365 data to an On Prem MS SQL database?

I'm needing some way to pull our data from D365 online into an on prem SQL Server and in as real time as possible. I've started building an SSIS process to use CozyRoc and the Change Token on entities where this is enabled, but this isn't ideal as not all tables can be setup with this option, and it relies on a delayed ETL process.  Is there some means to automatically replicate this data down?  And what about pushing data back up where it would be imported using a supported means as to follow the D365 rules, plugins, and such?

Thanks for any guidance.
