Permission Set for Recurring Purchase Lines

Can anyone help me figure out which permission set I need to give access to creating new Recurring Purchase Lines to a user.

    To create new recurring purchase lines You need to have full permissions for tables 173 and 174.

    To create Invoices You need full permissions for table 38 and 39.
    (of course there are a lot if linked tables, like for dimensions etc...)

    Below are the permissions I currently have and the user is still not able to create new recurring purchase line

    Permission Set for Recurring Purchase Lines
    the easiest way is to create a new permission set via recording permissions. the basic steps are
     
    create a new permission set, then open BC in a new window, start record. 
    after you performed creating recurring purchase line, stop recording. and you will have all needed permissions included in the new permission set.
