Email sync inside CRM is a nightmare and not working correctly

Dear all,

I have an input email box which comes from our web site and I have configure the CRM mail box to sync this incoming email with Server synchronisation. The mail box has been validated and testd many times. I receive correctly all incoming email from that box in my outlook client. But then when I check in CRM email queue, latest email which arrive since 2 days after last succesfull mail box test, did not com in any more.

I check the log for error and nothing written.

This sycn process is not reliable at all and I do not understand what can be wronf as we all depend on MS sync service for that.

Any idea what is going on and if others have same issue ?

The idea is to centralisze all incoming email in CRM in order to be process by my users, but if it not reliable I miss some important email. Honestly I have strongly thinking to move to SalesForce.

    Hi Sergec, are you saying that when you send an email to the queue email it is appears successfully but not when you receive emails from your web site? Maybe its the forward rules on your mailbox? Also check the Queue settings to create activities for all emails?

    No what I mean is that when I run the test to validate the mail box, test run succesfully and email that I have received in my INFO mail box ( web site source) appears in CRM.

    Then if I receive a new email from the web site, the email from INFO mail box is visible right away in Outlook, but will never appears in my CRM INFO mail box queue

    Have you checked the forward rules on your mailbox? Please check the Queue settings to create activities for all emails?
