Business Central v14 to v21 Upgrade On prem

HI All,

I have upgraded BCv13 to BCv14 successfully. Started BCv14 to BCv21 upgrade process by following below link.

Everything went fine and final On Task: 11 Sync-NAVTenant getting error as below

Can any one help on this

    Hello RSP, The command should like

    Sync-NAVTenant -ServerInstance <server instance name> -Mode Sync -Tenant <tenant ID>
