MS ERP including MPS/MPR?

Hi,

I am using a Swedish ERP system today called Monitor which is quite complete includes MPS/MPR i.e. you can build articles with structure etc. This software is quite slow and its database structure is not the most modern built unfortunately, extremely resource consuming using 42Gb RAM. That is a reason why I am looking around for an option. 
I recall when MS Navison was the name of MS ERP and it included article structure or MPS. It looks like a name change after 2018 and the name has disappeared? 

Due to lack of service in Swedish and English at MS Finland I have been trying to contact MS Sweden.
MS Finland fails to ensure service and communicate in Swedish or English? Quite wired situation. 
Still when MS former MD Steve Ballmer managed MS  we rose the issue about MS Finland and their lack of communicating in other languages on their web page and Partner side?
Mr. Ballmer told MS Finland to respect their Customer all as the MS non-discriminating act describes. MS has a responsibility to provide service in the two official languages Finnish and Swedish and also English.

Unfortunately MS Finland fails badly they discriminate customers even worse today! So it would be time to lift this issue with Mr. Ballmer successor. 
When I try to get MS Dynamics 365 (Navison) for an evaluation period of 30 days Ms direct me to the total Finnish web page totally crazy? Can you imagine MS Finland believes people in Finland only speaks one language year 2020? Because of this inconvenience I configured the system trial selecting the country SWEDEN instead to ensure I understand and can use it,
But the MS system is so stupid configure that it the IP? An IP in belonging to Finland territory is by automatic routing to the purely Finnish site?

Totally crazy indeed in breach of the non-discriminating act. It is not correct it should follow the request I made by the Customer in his profile.
The MS switch board of today is a total mess you can spend easily an hour without getting to the correct department? Who have invented such a mess? 
I was happy after 1 hour after being reconnected 7 times I ended t with a Sales person called Clark probably at MS UK. He managed to help me after 1 hour? Can you imagine I am just interested to get more information about MS ERP software? 
I am instructed him to definitely make sure the trial is set up in Swedish or English.
I notice the demo of course runs in Azure (in cloud) the demo was very slow and took awful time to access? 

Can't MS Dynamics 365 be run on premises to ensure enough fast response time and safe data recording and access?
I need an ERP with book-keeping i.e. finance, sales, customer register,  purchase, articles, suppliers, customer register, articles, article structure with MPS, inventory, etc, Customer support with ticket handling, knowledge base and ledgers etc. Which works fast without delays which is filling our needs. 

I am not fully confident that MS can offer any ERP anymore including what was available in Navision, is it really so bad?
Anybody who knows where all disappeared after the name transformation?
