I am able to connect power bi desktop to dynamics 365 F&S, but have trouble to connect to dynamics BC, looking for the instructions.

For OnPrem have a look here:

docs.microsoft.com/.../admin-powerbi

The Azure AD App must be for multitenant and not single tenant (second option you can choose from when creating the Azure AD app).
