Automate export Contacts from BC to Excel

Hi all,

I am tryng to automate a export from BC. Manually I can do it whit edit in excel but... Is it possible automate this??

For example every Monday export Contacts to Excel. I have all permissions.

If you don’t want the Excel file stored directly in BC you could use Power Automate. Create a recurring cloud flow. Use the contact API page to call on the data with filters using the HTTP connector. Use the Excel connector to create a file and add rows to a table. Once done move it to a preferred cloud storage location and then send a notification so you or others can access it.

Jorge,

I would try taking one of the standard BC reports, shown below, and scheduling them to Output to Excel. Try this and I think you will be fine.
