Hi Community,

At the left most column of Navision, we see that there are a list of pages link to Vendor, Sales Order etc.

I would like to pull out Recurring Journal but I was not able to locate it when I tried
Finance Management  > Fixed Asset > Periodic Activities from the Customize Navigation Pane pop out.

May I ask how can I drag the out the Recurring General Journal to the Navigation Pane so that my users can have less clicks to get to Recurring General Journal?

Thank you.

    1. Open Navision 2018 and log in with your credentials.
    2. Go to the "Departments" menu.
    3. Navigate to the "Financial Management" section and click on the "General Journal" option.
    4. Once the General Journal window opens, go to the top menu bar and click on "View" > "Task Pane".
    5. In the Task Pane menu, click on "Edit Task Pane".
    6. In the Edit Task Pane window, you will see a list of all available options on the left side.
    7. Look for "Recurring Journal" in the list and drag it to the right side to add it to the Task Pane.
    8. Click "OK" to save the changes.
    9. Close the General Journal window and go back to the main navigation pane.
    10. You should now see the Recurring Journal listed in the Task Pane section of the navigation panel.

You cannot get it on the Left side Navigation pane (without involving a developer), but You can get it to the Home screen - in the Role Center.

Right click (when You have navigated to it) and choose Add to Actions on Role Center Ribbon.
Afterwards go to Role Center - and You will see it at the top in the Actions tab.
