When doing a PO, Transfer, etc in RMS - I click on Quick Scan.
In our first store I can scan items without ever needing to touch the mouse or the input box.
In our new store we have honeywell 1202g and when I click Quick Scan and scan the first item, it works, but that is where it stops. It won't re-highlight the item to continue scanning. I have to use the mouse and highlight the item before I can scan the item. If there is more than one of the same item, I can hit the <enter> button on the keyboard after I scan the first item and it will add the second item and then highlight and I can scan again.
Is there an option I don't have checked, or what is going on? Any help will save a tremendous amount of time for me!
