Production journal not showing expected consumption

Hi all,

Please help. After refreshing the released production order the production journal doesn't show the expected consumption quantity, setup time, run time. When I try to type in a quantity it gives an error message "You cannot post consumption for order no..xxxxxx because a quantity of xx remains to be picked". Then I have to create warehouse pick, register pick then the consumption number appears in the production journal. How can I set this up so expected consumption, setup time, run time appears automatically? Thanks in advance.

Check your manufacturing setup. There is an field there called "Preset Output Quantity", which needs to be marked as TRUE.

As Josh has suggested, setting up Preset Output Quantity it should work.
