How to create a quote follow up activity from Outbound eMail

I am testing CRM for Outlook add-in and I would like to know about how I can create a "Quote Follow Up" activity from an Outbound eMail a send to an (Account/Customer) .

why did you mention Outlook add-in? Could you please show us some further details to help you?

Maybe an example will be explanatory.

Hi Enrique Villamil,

Assuming that you have set up the email synchronization and it working correctly i.e. when you send an email from outlook, it tracks (created) in CRM. If this is correct then you can simply achieve this by creating a real time worklow with the following logic-

1. Create a real time workflow on email activity.

2. Set the trigger to on Record is created & Record status changes.

3. Within the steps, and a check condition to check the status reason.

4. If it is sent, the create a new Task,with the required properties-
