Viewing uploaded files in azure storage on portal

We have managed to configure the portal to upload documents to azure storage.

Now we want to be able to view uploaded documents via the portal.

We have created the webresource (adx_annotation/adx.annotation.html) and can see the file in crm but this doesn't work via the portal.

Please can someone give me some directions on how we go about viewing upload files in the portal. Specifically on an entity form.

Using adx 7.0.0.21

May i know which version of adx are you using?, if you are using 7x, here normal notes control will not work, you have to add adx_annotation web resource to form, please check the below link.

Hi Emmaneul,

Please see my original post.

We have created the web resource and everything is working as expected in CRM.

It is not working however in the ADX entity form. We want to be able to view the uploaded files via the portal front end not via CRM.

We are using adx 7.0.0022

Hello Stephen

once you added adx_annotation web resource to your entity form , it will behave like a notes control on CRM and portal forms , that is what i have implemented and it was showing files from azure blob to CRM and in portal as well.

Hello Stephen

As per your earlier post, i guess you are able to see still files in CRM , not in azure blob? even though you configure file upload storage location as azure blob in CRM one txt file will be created on notes entity with azure blob file storage URL, by using OOB ADX notes control you will be able to view Azure blob storage files also but you have to cross check weather txt file is stored on CRM notes entity or not with Azure blob file URL, please find the below link which will help you

Is there a fix for this since I am experiencing the exact same issue in relation to displaying the web resource via the portal . All is working on the CRM side of things
