I have used up all the Storage Space and now i don't have access to the additional storage space of Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, Enterprise Edition
What is the reason for this?

If you are not able to do it, I would recommend contacting MS Support or MS Billing.

I tried Purchasing the Additional Storage.
But i am unable to find that option under "Add-on Subscription".
Don't know the reason for it
You can buy additional storage space if it's all used up.
You do that via Office 365 Admin Center, and go to subscriptions.
I think that over there you can choose to purchase additional space (might be wrong as I haven't done this in a while).
The limit is 10GB per tenant, and then you get an additional 5GB for each 20 users (Product or Enterprise user)
