I am working on project (Dynamics 365 Portals), where i need to have Navbar buttons like(Contacts, Customers, Properties etc) only after sign-in or after registering to the portal but those were displaying even before sign-in as i included them using content snippets of home page(as seen in the image).

As i am new to crm portals please some guide me for this scenario.

Thank You in advance.

    Hi Revanth,

You need to create the web roles & set the Web Page access control to restrict the web page access.

    Refer this:

    community.dynamics.com/.../hide-a-primary-navigation-link-using-web-page-access-control-rule-in-portals-in-dynamics-365

    docs.microsoft.com/.../webpage-access-control

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Ravi Kashyap,

    Thanks for your response.

But I need to display the buttons only after submitting a particular form, not immediately after sign-in.

In your question, you said after sign in. I dont think thwre is any easy way or configuration to hidw it on form submit. You may need to write additonal javascript qhich qould nit bw easy unless you hace already familiar with javascript on portal (and not crm js)

    Hope this helps.
