Dashboards are not showing up for some of the Users(Sys Admin) in new Unified Interface App

Hello All,

I have created a new Model Driven APP and added Couple of dashboards into the app which works fine and those dashboards are displaying to all the security which I have assigned, but however those dashboards are not showing up for particularly one user even with the Sys Admin role. When I check the url it has "dashboard&id=(GUID)&type=system&_canOverride=true", so when I change this to false instead of true, the dashboards are showing up. I tried all the ways to set the url to false instead of true but no luck.

can anyone tell me why it is happening and how do I correct this behavior??
