We recently turned on activity tracking in GP 2015 to track access data. I believe I set it up correctly. Each user we intend to track data for have the correct company database checked off in the setup. However it's only tracking data for some people and not others. We can't seem to figure out why because there is nothing sticking out that separates the users it works for and the users it doesn't. Has anyone seen this issue before or have any suggestions to try?

It's working now. CheckLinks didn't do anything. I'm not sure if it was the system reconcile or the server reboot, but it is working as expected now. Thank you Leslie for your help.
Yes it is set up in SY04300 and no they aren't showing up in SY05000. I'm going to run CheckLinks and then tonight after everyone is off I will run a reconcile and server restart. I will let you know how it goes. Thanks for the suggestions.
Hmm,
This looks like it is set up correctly. The Activity Tracking Setup information is stored in table SY04300. The Activity Tracking records are stored in SQL in table SY05000 in the DYNAMICS database. If you look in these two tables, do you see any of the records that are missing? Are the setups shown in SY04300? Have you tried the fallbacks of CheckLinks and System Reconcile?
BKONRADSON is one of the people it isn't tracking with.
KHUMMEL is one of the people the tracking is working for. Also note I have "successful attempts to open a window" checked as well.
Thanks for the response.
Hi,
It would be very helpful if you could post a picture of your Activity Tracking setup window that shows who is being tracked for what.
Kind regards,
Leslie
