Respective data not showing when i assign to accountmanger from other user ?how to configure this

please go through the above screenshot when i submit to account manager, notification already sent to respective user(account manager) but when this account manager click on this form not showing data (submitted data).Have any solution for this if have please help me

    Hi Sabih,

    As you can see in this security role , opportunity entity have user level reach access only, but you have give her organisation level write access, which means this user can only access(read) record which is owned by this user, shared to this user or assigned to this user.

    So for example if this user (neha) is not opportunity owner, and this opportunity is also not shared with her or the team where she is member or assigned to her, she won't be able to see this opportunity. 

    You need to set the access level based on the requirement for example let's say you want here to access all the records from her BU, you need to give her BU level access. Please refer the KB which I shared earlier.

    Please let me know if I am missing something.

    Hi Mahender,

    The current user have  access to this opportunity already made security role for this user (neha) for access opportunity then i configured also respective security role (Presales Accountmanger),please find below screenshot then please advise me how to do

    The current user don't have access to this opportunity, you are setting lookup for this user but this won't share opportunity with this user OOB, what is security roles for this user- what is his access level, make sure you have access opportunity records. You can only access data if you have required permissions.

    For example if user have user level access to opportunity entity then the user will be able to access only opportunity created by them, shareed to them and assigned to them.
