Hello,

I have noticed that in D365 when a formula version is approved and activate, it remains possible to make changes in the lines data, and the update is considered without necessar new approval and/or activation regarding the changes !!!!

Can someone give more details about this point.

Formula approval and activation

Hi,

There is a parameter for that, Block editing. Block removal of approval might also be interesting as it forces a new version.

The same is available for the route

I know in former versions there was a bug, where you couldnt copy the BOM\Route with this paramter activated. If you consider activation it, try copying the BOM\Route to see if that was fixed.

If it isnt fixed, then you need either a MS Ticket, hoping they fix it, or consider a customization.
