Journal Reports and receipt previews

I have an issue with one workstation where the journal reports and receipt previews display  like they have been zoomed.  The zoom shows 100% but on all my other workstations, the normal preview (at 100%) is condensed.

    Try setting your default printer to XPS viewer or another full 8.5" by 11" printer.

    The issue had to do with screen formatting..really weird. Probably will never see it again.
