year end close error

it appears that there was an error that took place when i ran the year end close procedure. server was out of space, so it didn't complete properly.  When i downloaded smartlist, all of the accounts balances were double what they should have been.

any thoughts on where to begin to look?

    Dave,

    I would recommend restoring from a backup prior to the year end close and running the process again so it can complete correctly. Microsoft support might have a better option but if I was running low on support incidents I would start with the backup and trying to get the process to properly complete.

    That would have been my preference. unfortunately, the backup is a week old and I was trying to avoid reentering the batches manually.

    Has anyone had any experience with voiding the year end entry and reentering manually?

    Dave,

    You need to contact Microsoft support for help with this.

    I would also highly recommend reviewing your current back up schedule and maintenance plans.
