Share CRM Record Information With A Non CRM User

Is there a way i can Share information from a Contact or Account record e.g. Notes, Contacts Details etc with a third party other than copy/ paste? May be export them to a PDF?

Hi John Kanyiha,

You can send a link of that record from which entity you want to send,

You need to create a workflow on create of the contact/Account entity record and then send an email to the customer(third party) using the Record(Dynamics URL)

The customer can view the related record or information you want to share with them.

Thanks for the insight Krishna! How i wish it was easy to create such a workflow. Is there any other easier way out on this other than workflow?

I do not totally understand what that accomplishes. Are you suggesting that you simply send the customer the URL to the contact? I have not tried that, but wouldn't that require the third party to have a user account?

Ray, you are completely correct, of course someone needs access to your system via a licensed user account to be able to read your business data. Sending a URL simply does not give them access.

If you have the permissions, you could export the data using the Export to Excel feature.

If you want to share Account or Contact information then you can use the print option available as shown in below screenshot. From here you can print the records information and send it to Non CRM user through Email.
