Upgrading from 2013r2 to 2015 errors

I am getting the following errors when running the upgrade utility for 2015.  Please help.

I am currently at GP 2013 r2 release 12.00.2038

    Hi,

    I think you haven't quite few modules which is already there on 2013 R2.  If you check your dynamics.set file each product number on above represent the module.  So install all of them then run the utility.
