Hello everyone,

I need help regarding the recording of gift cards in BC. When I buy a card in Shopify, how can I get the purchased card into the Shopify order and eventually into the sales order?

It's possible that I'm not thinking in the right direction, so I would appreciate it if someone could explain exactly how the process with gift cards from Shopify to BC should look.

    To clarify, when you mention "BC," are you referring to Business Central, which is Microsoft's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution? If so, integrating gift card purchases from Shopify into Business Central will require some customization and configuration. In your Shopify store, you'll need to enable the gift card feature and configure the settings related to gift card sales. This typically involves enabling gift cards as a product type, setting the gift card denominations, and specifying any terms and conditions.
    Moreover, when a customer purchases a gift card in your Shopify store, the transaction will be processed like any other order. The customer will receive an email with the gift card details, including the gift card code or a unique identifier.
