can you set up tiered markup of items?

Tiered Markup, which marks up the wholesale as a percentage based on the cost of the product.

    Is this a customer by customer based percentage increase or QTY based percentage increase or it is a general condition? 

    You can try the following in item card but as I said above the answer depends on some other conditions.
