Environment: CRM 2011 On Premise RU16

Using Record URL(dynamic) in a workflow for an outgoing email produces a URL that throws the following exception when selected:

CRM Parameter Filter - Invalid parameter 'id;=174aa827-c5c3-e311-8e14-000c298f7cf1' in Request.QueryString on page /SafeHaven/userdefined/edit.aspx

    Hi,

It seems that the url has a semi-colon after the id that shouldn't be there. Has this only just started happening or has it always happened? Try deleting the link in the definition and re-creating it but check that you have IE in compatibility mode - support.microsoft.com/.../2743941

    Hope this helps,

    Scott

Unfortunately this has been happening (in every environment) but we were not aware until notified by users just recently.

As far as I know the RecordURL will provide only the external-facing URL so unless you have IFD configured and working properly, this link will not work.

    Hi Dave,

I would suggest that you first try passing static URL in the workflow and access the url in email and check if this works fine else it might point to public access of CRM.
