Remove e-Commerce extension

Hi All,

I have dynamics 365 Commerce application with e-Commerce webchannel, There are multiple extensions with built-in module customization +AdventureWorks theme etc (using typescript-react) deployed on thjs environment through LCS. Now we need to revert all the customization applied on the e-Commerce and keep the base AdventureWorks theme applied on the e-Commerce website.

What is the procedure to restore e-Commerce website back to out-of-box version with Adventure Works theme?

    I am assuming that you are rolling back the related customization on the CSU and FO separately, so the best way to roll back just site extensions would be to build the base/vanilla version from Microsoft git repro and deploy it as an updated extension. 

    Alternatively, if you are using source control (which you should be) you can roll back changes, generate a new build and deploy the new build which will effectively roll back the changes. 

    Last option would be to decommission the CSU and deploy a brand-new CSU which should be the easiest way but will need you to do all the configurations to setup the new site(s).
