B2B Requests for Invoices and Statements

Hi Everyone, I'm working on a Commerce B2B site with the Account management feature to request a statement or invoice be sent to the user. I have not been able to successfully receive an invoice, even though under the B2B Requests page, the request says it was processed. Does anyone know how these B2B requests are processed, what reports are supposed to be triggered, and if there is a way in Dynamics to see those requests?

Are you able to receive other emails (Order notification/alerts etc) from Dynamics 365 Back Office? Can you check the email history/Commerce email notification log to see if the email has been properly triggered and processed?

Are there any updates on the solution? I am running into the same issue. The request shows processed on the Commerce B2B site. I see the request come in on the Upload sessions form but no email is sent to the customer. Our commerce email notifications are functioning. Are there any other tables or forms to check/better understand how the email is actually generated?
