Hi All,

I have assigned many approver in workflow and restrict after single user approval document should be released.

System doing same .

I am facing an issue, after approving single user, document status changed from pending to released.

but approval request still showing to other user on dashboard.

is it possible that after single user approval, request removed from other user dashboard.

Please check the Work flow for the same table, how you have configured the approvers.

Check the workflow is the approver chain or any other set.

Did you add any other conditions to change the status of the document?

And can you share the workflow that you have enabled and the approval workflow user setup page as well

Hi MOHAMMAD TAHA IMTIAZ ,

I would suggest that you should create an approval workflow user group.

Then add the list of approvers your wish, based on the requirement you gave once a single user approve, It should then release the whole document.

So you have to make the sequence as the same level. Please see the attached image.

By doing this you are asking the system that either one of them can approve and the document and it should be released.

Hi,

So i have same kind of problem with my customer. So i have created the purchase order workflow and i use the workflow user group to approve the purchase orders. I have defined in the user group two different users A and B and both of those has the sequence number 1 because i want to that it is enough that one of them approve the purchase order and after that order is ready to go. So the problem is that if approver A approve that purchase order xxx, it of course will disappear on the Request to approve page from the approver A but even that purchase order is approved and the approver B go to request to approve page later than approved, that line is still shown to that approver. So how i can define the workflow like that when user approves the purchase order, other approvers do not see anymore that request of approval line on that page?
