I am trying to get the math to work on my sales orders. Order QTY needs two decimal positions and the price needs to go to 6 decimal positions.
(ex. 364,745.45 * .001375 = 501.52)
GP - 364,745.45 * .00138 = 503.35
OR - 364,745.45 * .00137 = 499.70
Any ideas? The customer orders in the qty shown. The price is very small.
How does the UM conversion table work in SOP?

Frank is correct but to add some information. In the various setups (inventory and sales) you can set default UOM for sales. If you are using multicurrency, you can set the currency decimal places there. This will control the extended price and total on the sales order while the other controls the unit currency # of decimals.
The quantity # of decimals only is controlled in the UOM Schedule. Changing the UOM schedules has some serious effects on existing price lists, et cetera.
You won't be able to get to 6 decimal places. GP only accommodates 5 decimals and there is no way to change that. Try entering the quantity and Extended price on a sales order. GP will calculate the Unit Price, rounded, of course, but at least your extended price and quantity will be correct.
