If I change currency decimals, using the path, Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Currency, for example: Currency = USD , Separator > Decimals from 4 to 2.
is it advisable to run checklinks. If so, which tables should be included?

Hello Michael, I believe you should be ok just changing the decimal places. Typically GP will ask you to run checklinks if you make a change that requires this utility to be run. As well, I believe the database holds the transactions to 5 decimal places and this function is just indicating how many decimal places the currency should display. You may want to check a few reports afterwards as there may be rounding issues on fields that were summing to the 4 decimal places and now only showing 2 decimal places. And i always suggest that you do a backup of the databases (including the Dynamics Database) before making a system change such as this. Hope this helps.
