Our users are complaining about adding/removing hyperlinks in mail messages within CRM.
I tried on our development environment the CKEditor. However, when using this, trying to insert a template doesn't work anymore.
Does anyone has experience with CKEditor and knows if it is possible to use at the same time templates?

Hi Birgit,
When using templates, the description field (html body) field is basically disabled on the form, as all of the content of the email message comes from the actual template. This is irrelevant if you are using CKEditor or not.
The email from the email template is stored as presentationXml, which gets processed when the actual email message is created from the template.
I am not sure if this will help you or not, but whatever your users are doing should be done on the template directly.
