Hello,

I am trying to log onto a newly created CDX environment.

I go through the log on process including 2FA. However, once past the 2FA i get the following error:

Any ideas on how to resolve please?

It seems that you have not created a tenant that includes a Business Central license. For example, if you created an M365 tenant that does not include a BC license, this error will be prompted.

You can delete this tenant and apply again.
Or go to the following website to apply for a BC trial license.
