Using javascript you can achieve this. You need to track stage id. Refer the following thread:

    Hope this helps

    Hi,

Besides using JS, you also can achieve it via workflow.

Do you know now every BPFs is an entity? and you can create a workflow under BPf entity.

Create a workflow using real time, untick the run in background, select the BPF entity.

Select Process changes, and select Active stage.

Create an update step, point to the entity you want to update, and using execution time as dynamics value.

after i changed the stage, the time is recorded.

    Hi,

can you share your workflow setting as picture?

    Hello Wei,

I have got that issue didn't selected the filed so it was missing to select the option.

i have already added the field on the form and selected that so it's working fine.

This workflow is working fine but trouble is that it's working for all the fields which are getting updated on the form and not only for stage change.

Although in the workflow as you suggested above i am using that conditions only.

i am looking for the answer of it.

    Hi,

I tested in my side, I have same behaviour like you . But this not suppose to be like that, it looks like a bug to me.  I will report to Microsoft.
