I am trying to add a simple charge multiplier to durations of activities.
For instance 1x or 2x or even 1.5x
This needs to be on an activity level as apposed to a case level as elements of work are chargeable whereas others are not.
If an engineer operates outside of business hours, for instance, the charge rate for that time is 1.5x (Time and a half).
Example:
In Hours work 30minutes x charge rate of 1x = 30 minutes
Out if Hours work 60minutes x charge rate of 1.5x = 90 minutes
Maintenance work 30minutes x charge rate of 0x = 0 minutes
I then also need to report on this activity based on engineer rate of individual.
Minutes x charge rate x £Engineer Rate = £cost
This could be for any activity, phone call, email, site visit etc. etc.
Any help would be appreciated
