the client have outlook 13 and MS Dynamics 2011. It was working perfectly but all of a sudden she can't access the CRM. While accessing CRM, the following message appears"in outlook: "The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service CRMMS.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured." When I tried to configure CRM it displays following message: 
All the users are able to use CRM from outlook except her. Please share your solutions and ideas.
