Is it possible to set a hierarchy structure for contacts as you have for accounts (parent, child)? Thanks

    Hi,

    Yes, It is possible to do that. You just create Hierarchy Setting in OOB customization. Please check this link for more information

    Yes ! why not ? Establish a hierarchical  relationship (there can be only one per entity).

    Another way to do it by developing a html webresource using SVG and javascript (works with any relationship)
