HI, 

we setting up an new QA enviornment for CRM ON Primises, can anyone help me to get the prerequisite information. 

after it need deployment steps also, so that we can deployed our solution in new envionment

    You can find the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation Guide for CRM 2013 (on-premises) here. This guide contains comprehensive information about how to plan, install, configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, updated for CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 (on-premises).

    Hello,

    You have to create a new Organization on the server that will be used by the QA Team.

    Login to the CRM server and Go to Programs -> Microsoft Dynamics CRM -> Deployment Manager.

    Follow the configurations mentioned in this link: docs.microsoft.com/.../add-a-new-organization
