I can get OPOS drivers to work fine, but when switching to Windows printer, it will not print receipts until I exit POS. I have reinstalled the drivers and have checked all of the right settings.
What I am doing wrong here?

Also make sure you are a local administrator on the computer when running RMS with a windows printer. I have seen this to be a problem sometimes. Its like RMS cant access the printer correctly unless you are an administrator
Did you uninstall the OPOS drivers?
Go into the printer's properties | Advanced tab | print directly to the port and see if that works for you.
