I have seen this error sometimes in D365 (both Online and On-Premise).
It usually has to do with either the session expiring or some data being not being cached properly.
Best solution is close all browser windows, and re-login to Dynamics, try a different browser or access Dynamics in Private mode. This should not be happening frequently, but sometimes it does. It is not really that the Record is Unavailable, but backend process cannot find it based on caching or some other issue.

DId you try it in IE? Chrome sometimes behaves strangely with CRM.
Have you tried clearing temporary internet files in Chrome? Maybe there's something in the cache.

Manoj is correct , you need to check the actual log by downloading the same.Also I just want to ask this is happenning for single entity or all entity?
Secondly you can enable trace from CRM diagnostic tool.
If it's not help then you can check in event viewer windows log.
Hope you will get the actual error.
