Cycle counting On-hand inventory items not extracting

Hi All,

I have created a cycle counting by specifying the site and warehouse. Then create lines with "On-hand" but no lines were extracted.

1. I have several items with on-hand quantity with same site and warehouse.

2. When I tried with Other site and warehouse and extract the lines with "on-hand" it was extracted properly.

I thought some issue with warehouse and checked settings but, settings are same as other warehouse.

Could you please help me out on the issue..

Hi Laxmi,

Please help to check with following -

1. Check if the item could be counted in other warehouses

2. Check its last counting status from warehouse items of the item of the warehouse

3. Check how the counting group is set for the item

Hi Laxmi,

Can you please go to this path and post the screen shot for the "record to Include Filter" which you have used.

Also if possible post the Counting Journal print screen for unposted counting journals.

Thanks Kasun for the reply.

No, there is no open counting journal, all the open journals are deleted..

Is there any other way to check open journals and close it?
