GST setup

The GST tax setup is configured separately by config package and not the assisted setup. 
 
GST is not calculating on PO and SO's. 
I have checked all the setups in the India taxation action on the dashboard and cannot find the issue. 
Also, I am not able to append or replace the tax engine. 

please suggest what I can do to reset the whole tax engine.

    Please Confirm that in the Fact Box (I Button) in the SO as well as PO are you able to find the GST Related details like Location Code, CGST/SGST/IGST%, GST Group Code, HSN Code, etc....

    No, I can't see that in the fact box, the tax engine itself is not getting triggered.
