How to open a new case automatically when user login to CRM

I have a request to open a Case form when support user logged to the CRM or alternatively run dialog on Case to achieve the purpose.

  

Is it possible to catch the login event, so I can use JavaScript to create a new Case?

How can I run a workflow after login process in order to launch the dialog?

I would appreciate any help

    great idea to use HTML Webresource, it is works fine for me

    Hi,

    I already tried to use IFrame on dashboard, but Microsoft avoided this option.

    I'll try html webresource and let you know.

    I don't know this will help you or not but try this:

     1. Click on the wheel at the top-right corner and Go to Options

     2. And change the 2 drop down values like below: 

    610117.Capture.PNG

    By this way you can set Default Landing Page. But I think you want New Case form always, for that I'll have to check and If I found anything then i'll post here.
