Could you please clarify you want to install Dynamics CRM 365 for Outlook (Outlook Client) or Dynamics CRM 365 App for Outlook (MailApp)?
If you want to install Dynamics CRM 365 for Outlook (Outlook Client), you can download and install from this link:
www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
Then you can install the latest patch to upgrade it to 8.2.3
