I have an opportunity sequence with business process stages tied to opportunity stages. However, when I update the Opportunity stage on the record, the sequence business process stage does not switch with it.
Is there a way to have my sequence stage/step automatically update based on which Opportunity Stage my opportunity is in?
Business Process Flows are a separate table and record from the record they appear on. If you want to make an update, you can create a D365 workflow and trigger on stage update of your BPF table and have it update the related Opportunity field.
