Subscription Billing Module Recognition processing batch not processing

Subscription Billing Recognition processing batch not processing. It still shows status Executing even after 8 hours. it is marked as critical job. Not able to generate revenue recognition lines. There are approx. 6000+ lines. In old system using Revenue Recognition module was all fine however we have started using subscription billing module and are getting issue while running revenue recognition through periodic task Recognition processing.
