Hi,

We are using KingswaySoft SSIS integration to push data (60k) into CRM 2015. There is a daily job which is set to run this package, which passes successfully sometime and fails sometime with this error. Please suggest troubleshooting/fix.

Delete Sales Transaction data of months in CRM:Error: An error occurred with the following error message: "KingswaySoft.IntegrationToolkit.DynamicsCrm.CrmServiceException: CRM service call returned an error: CRM service call returned an error: The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:02:59.9843634. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.(Error Type / Reason: Timeout) (SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, v7.0.0.5660 - ISServerExec, v11.0.5058.0)

    Got this from the KinswaySoft Site:

    Why am I receiving a timeout error when I am using the Delete action in the CRM Destination Component?

    Please note that using a high Batch Size setting may result in timeout errors within the CRM Destination Component. If you have Parential cascading behavior defined for your entity, when you try to delete the record, all the child records would be deleted too, which may take a long time. To avoid this issue, you should use a lower value for your Batch Size setting.

    In version 6.1, the CRM Destination Component will try to detect if your target CRM system has Bulk API enabled. If it does, the Batch Size will automatically be set to 200 for any action. You should take extra precaution with the delete action - consider reducing your Batch Size setting if you receive timeout errors.

    Even though its about deleting items maybe the same rules could apply when pushing data as well

    Also since it is giving timeout issue is it worth trying to increase timeout period. please guide how we can perform it.

    For delete we have set batch size to 20
